Launching days earlier than expected, Disney's on a roll with the first-ever trailer for Tim Burton's gothic remake of Alice in Wonderland. In case you're not familiar with this particular retelling (there's been so many), this is one starring Johnny Depp and a host of other Burton-regulars, filled to the brim with CG-laced effects, and whose posters have been scaring the willies out of children (and some adults) in multiplexes for weeks.
Will it be good? Hard to say, but given Burton's recent track record with remakes (Planet of the Apes, Willy Wonka), I'd give its chances at least 50/50. But a solid 100% when it comes to looking bizarre and absolutely nightmare-inducing...thanks Disney! If the above trailer isn't working, try searching elsewhere as this one will be viraled like few others. Alice in Wonderland invades theaters (and your dreams) March 5th, 2010!
