It looks like the latest trailer for the upcoming
The Great Gatsby trailer is booming with new music by Beyoncé and André 3000, Lana Del Rey, Florence + The Machine and more. Judging by what I've seen, it looks like it might be quite the drama when it comes out on May 10, 2013. Until then, enjoy the trailer and music!
I never thought I'd see two of my favorite actors comes together in a film like this, but here we are with
2 Guns, starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg. Here they play two guys that are on different sides of the law who go undercover to rob a bank. Little do they know they've been setup to take a huge fall and must put aside their differences to find out who is behind it all. Enjoy the funny and action packed trailer as wait for this movie to come in blazing on August 2, 2013!
It seems like just yesterday when me and my friends would swap NES games as we rode the school bus. One of the cooler ones I played back in the day was Capcom's take on the Disney classic TV series Ducktales, and now after all these years, they're set to bring it back in an HD remake. WayForward, who are known for their excellent 2D side-scrollers such as
Batman: The Brave and the Bold on the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS
Adventure Time game, will be handling the remake with tender loving care judging by the trailer. Enjoy the trailer featuring a slightly new take on the classic theme song, and be on the look out for this gem this summer on Xbox Live, PSN, and Wii U! Thanks to
Ars Technica!
After seeing the teaser trailer of Star Trek: Into Darkness, I knew we were getting a worthy sequel to the famed 2009 revamp of the franchise. But after viewing this new international trailer, words can't describe how excited I am to see this film when it hits May 17, 2013. Enjoy the dark action this trailer is packed with as we wait impatiently for the movie to transport its way to theaters!
As if Amazon Prime, Netflix, and a flurry of other content-providing apps weren't enough, Microsoft went and added a couple more to their Xbox 360 Dashboard today with Redbox and GameTrailers joining the streaming party. Redbox, like its Netflix cousin, will run users about $8/$9 per month (for DVD or Blu-rays) that "combines four credits for rentals at Redbox kiosks with the catalogue of streaming titles." Microsoft says you can - you guessed it - use Kinect to guide your way through the interface but that's probably not going to happen. Just being honest here. For more info on signing up check out the official page HERE!
GameTrailers is just that - GameTrailers on your Xbox 360 console. As we've come to expect from Xbox apps, users can check out an early peek at "Seedlings," a 12-part series set in the world of Minecraft (the game, also available on XBLA)
All in all, a good day for media-starved Xbox 360 users (if such folks actually existed). Check out the new Redbox and GameTrailers apps on your Xbox Live (Gold) enabled console today!
I loved the first
Kick Ass film, as it was without a doubt one of the best sleeper hit movies to come out in ages. Now it's back in
Kick Ass 2, and joining the cast is the great Jim Carrey who seems to be in rare form in the sequel. It's been quite awhile since we've seen him do something completely wild as he does with his character here. Enjoy all the red band action of the trailer
HERE, and get ready for some ass kicking on August 16, 2013!
B.O.B and Big Boi make some of the best music out there, and now they're teaming up to brings gamers a hit new single called
Double or Nothing for the upcoming
Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel video game. Just in time for the demo that's available now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, they also have a music video for the title that's filled with plenty of bullets, babes and bombs. Enjoy the video as wait for war to break loose on March 26, 2013!
There's no denying how popular The Hangover films have been, as they're some of the funniest movies of this generation. The gang is back for one more final adventure in The Hangover 3. While this teaser trailer doesn't show much plot wise, it does show off a lot of epic things going on that's bound to take our favorite guys to new highs and lows. Enjoy the trailer, and watch out for giraffes on the highway this memorial day!
The more I see of the upcoming Iron Man 3 film, the more pumped up I am to see it. In the latest trailer, we finally get to see what the movie is all about, Tony getting hit where it hurts the most...which is his world and the people he cares about the most. And while I'm not the only person disappointed at the "racebending" of the Mandarin, Sir Ben Kingsley does seem to play the villain role well. Enjoy the trailer as we wait for ol' shellhead to blast his way into theaters on May 3, 2013!
Lord knowns why it's taken them this long, but Sega has finally realized the potential of matching their endlessly running mascot to one of the most popular mobile genres out there - endless running - with Sonic Dash. Freshly announced, the game will debut on Apple's iOS family (iPhone, iPad, iPod) soon and will feature Sonic endlessly running through levels while avoiding hazzards that will make him start all over again. It sounds simple, but it's a winning formula that has worked wonders for Temple Run, Line Runner, Rayman Jungle Run, and countless others...As long as it's better than Sonic's last mobile attempt, Sonic Jump, it should be worth looking into.
There's no word about a possible Android, Windows Phone, or other non-iOS release at this point but hopefully we'll be hearing more about Sonic Dash in the near-future as its still-unknown release date closes in, but for now check out the official Sega Blog for more non-info about Sonic's entry into the realm of endless runners right HERE!
