Who needs first-person shooting when you've got amazing THIRD-person, instead?  With nearly every action-smash on the horizon opting for the perspective made popular by a certain 'survial horror' game a few years back, Sony's portable Resistance Retribution indeed looks to gain a whole new set of gameplay options from the choice.

The first trailer, direct from this year's E3 show, is chock-full of what you'd expect from the franchise.  Of course this means plenty of disgusting, slimy bugs, alients, mutants, and primo explosions.  Plus, it doesn't hurt that the game looks absolutely stunning...PSP or not!  More details as they roll in...
