It's that time again. after numerous updates another version of Virtua Fighter 5 is getting prepped for Japanese arcades, and if you thought the original debut of the fifth installment and the current "VF5R" was enough you clearly underestimated SEGA.
Ominously dubbed Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown the coin-op fighting goodness certainly continues here, only with (expectedly) more refined gameplay and balancing tweaks that the hardcore arcade-going crowd will undoubtedly appreciate.
Even though there wasn't gaming footage on hand we are treated with a stylized trailer to salivate over, there also wasn't a release date, but we can assume that the game will once again be powered on Lindbergh hardware like the previous revisions. Now the actual question remains if this one will actually make it tothe home consoles...
