If you were one of the lucky fans who lapped up the debut trailer for James Cameron's upcoming Avatar film, than chances are you've already made up your mind if you're going to be in line to experience the director's first cinematic effort since 1997's Titanic. Thank goodness developer Ubisoft (who also helped craft some of the film's digital effects) is readying their videogame version as well, because it's likely fans are going to want to continue their adventures in this brand-new fantasy land after exiting the theater.
Enjoy the debut trailer for Avatar, which is likely culled from the higher-end versions of the game and (unlike most videogame trailers) actually features in-game footage. What a concept! Word has it the Xbox 360 version will, like the film, sport actual 3D imagery via HDMI/1080p displays. Let's hope both products live up to their massive hype, but for now gaze upon one of this year's most highly anticpated releases!
