Shocking to absolutely nobody remotely familiar with Tecmo and Team Ninja's past work, the Japanese trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 3 game Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is positively brimming with stereotypes and (depending on your views on the subject) wacky hijinks from the Land of the Rising Sun. It wasn't long ago that Team Ninja revealed that the PlayStation 3 version of the Xbox 360 game would be considerably softer and less violent, the emphasis on 'love' and not 'war'.
Considering how bloody and humorless the original Xbox 360 game was, perhaps a little motion-controlled loving will do its part to help foster world peace and gender equality, and that success will transfer to the developer's upcoming Nintendo-exclusive Metroid: Other M. Probably not, as for all the Team's talent and good intentions, they just can't seem to realize that real woman aren't made of Jell-O.
