It looks like the Hendrix estate has finally come to their senses and let loose on the world the REAL Guitar Hero himsel!  Guitar Hero: World Tour, due in stores this October, will feature none other than the man himself in all his guitar-burning glory!

Planned for inclusion into the set are hits like "Purple Haze", "Foxy Lady", and "Little Wing".  No word yet if that classic femminst love-song "Shoot My Old Lady" will be included, but wouldn't that just be awesome?  Jimi's likeness will also be included the game, due out later this year to simply rock your world.
