Afro Samurai Delayed to 2009—Specifically January 27th

Not long after Afro Samurai's head-cutting trailer hit E3 we get disappointing news from developer Namco-Bandai. The previously destined (sort of) for Fall 2008 release of the gaming interpretation of the anime/manga series has been pushed back to 2009...January 27th to be exact. So you'll have to live out the adventures of Samuel L.'s anime counterpart only AFTER the ball drops in Madison Square Garden. Remember, extra wait often means extra quality. It'll be worth it, guys!
