Of all the lessons learned from Hollywood's haphazard adaptations of beloved franchises such as Super Mario Bros, Double Dragon, and others, is that some licenses should never stray too far from their origins.  I suspect the upcoming Dragonball will join that list, as not a single frame of this film seems at all very Dragonball-like, and the first 'real' teaser trailer suggests a radical retooling of the mythos.  That and it just looks bad, bad, bad...

Since when was Piccolo a zombified looking white guy?  Was it too hard to pick up some green paint?  The Dragonball fans here at Popzara (whom shall remain nameless) are mortified.  Such is life, and best we let this come and go as quickly as possible.
