Though Left 4 Dead was released only about a year ago, Valve has confirmed a sequel for the much-praised multiplayer zombie apocalypse. A full-length trailer was showcased this morning at Microsoft's press briefing, showing off some deliciously gory moments and fantastically bloody decapitations that fans of the original will no doubt eat up. It looks to be set in New Orleans as well! As far as my opinion goes? It would have been much appreciated had Valve stuck it out a bit longer and offered up some more DLC before rendering the original (and great) Left 4 Dead obsolete. It's a bit hard to justify the steep price tag that previously accompanied the original game when it had such limited DLC options and shelf life! Still, Left 4 Dead 2 looks pretty sweet. Who can we expect to step into the shoes of this time around?
